Most items will be ready to ship in 3-5 business days.

Highly customized items may take up to 14 business days before shipping.

Returns or exchanges are allowed on most items.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include order number, photo of the product, and description of the reason for return.

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders
Please contact us BEFORE returning anything.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless we have made a mistake-then we will cover it. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
